I am a new seasonal associate at the homedepot how to be regular?

ok so i am new to the homedepot i live and breath to help people i am a people person in just a month after being hired i got recognize by a customer i got a Voc and 2 homer awards i am hired seasonal i am the only person the managers recognize not only my department manager basically the whole store knows who i am even the over night managers know me and i work in the mornings what are my chances of being a full time associate or a part time associate after the season is over my supervisors like me the all ways giving me hours and the my assistant manager is a great guy always hooking up my hours so does the lady who makes the schedule the store manager hes not a people person but he knows my name so i guess thats a plus do homedepot really keep seasonal workers what are chances of geting full time there. P.S I love homedepot
