What bird is best for me?

Get a parakeet.they are small birds,cheap,loving, and are easy to care for.the only problem is that if you give them a mirror,they won't want to leave it,so instead of getting a mirror,just get two birds.it doesnt matter if they are the same family,just make sure they are parakeets.
