Who is the most overrated PG besides Rondo?

Obviously everyone would answer Rondo if I left it out there besides Celtics homers. So besides him who is the 2nd most overrated PG? I would have to say Westbrook. He has a shoot first and pass never mentality which must kill his other teammates and the coaching staff. Give the ball to Durant you dummy. If you did maybe you would be in the finals instead of just watching it on TV like the rest of us.
